Torque Marine IPS Innovative Propulsion Systeme GmbH & Co. KG

Test run of the GMS Enok

PRESS RELEASE | January 11th, 2010

Test run of the GMS Enok

Based on the patents used exclusively by Torque Marine, a prototype of the HTP drive system is currently being developed.

This prototype will be installed in spring 2010 in an inland navigation vessel which has so far been equipped with a conventional drive system.

On an informational run of the GMS Enok across Germany, the innovative drive concept is introduced and its performance is demonstrated. The dates are to be announced.

This is to show that the advantages of the High Torque Power Drives (HTP)™ compared to traditional drive systems do not exist only in theory but also in practical use.
